Aaron Archer Impersonator 

About one week ago, one of our forum members, came into contact with someone who claimed to be Aaron Archer on MSN Messenger. For those of you who do not know who he is, Aaron Archer is the Senior Design Director for Transformers in Hasbro, effectively making him the highest Transformers related personnel in Hasbro. He is an active individual in the Transformers fandom, regularly mingling with fans, and was once a regular feature in TFW2005.com

Charity and new website name details 

A couple of you guys have been asking us about the Xmas Charity visit to the children's home. We are very delighted to know that many members here will be stepping forward to help. Rest assure that we are still planning and once details are finalised, news will be announced via the forum, news section and via email!

We are also designing a new banner as we speak. We will also be officially changing the website name to www.tf.sg as this domain name proved to be rather popular and well-received among the majority of the members. Be ready for an all new banner in 1 week's time!

Our Articles & Publications section! 

We are currently doing up other sections of our website which includes photo gallery, new website name and logo, a new banner and the Articles & Publication section located here!

As this section is ever-green and constantly being updated, we will be looking forward to contributions from members, so do feel free to do so!

Reminder of Classifieds section rules

There were some members who had posted ads in the classifieds section selling toys which have not been officially released yet.

We would like to remind all members that this is a serious offence and the admin team views this issue seriously. We would like to appeal to all members to refrain from listing these toys in the classifieds section or the sales thread. As a fledging site, we want to project a good and reputable image in the transfomers community. Thanks for the co-operation!

Charity event for the Xmas Season!

As some of our members would have known, TF.SG will be doing a charity event during the Xmas festive season. And we will be visiting a children's home with gifts in the form of TOYS!

Children are our next generation and we should do our part to share our joy and toys with them this coming Xmas! The date and venue will be in the month of December, more details will be released when they are confirmed. Currently, a total of 14 members have indicated that their interest.

We are looking for more participants and also members who are willingly to contribute toys in mint conditions! Let's help the less fortunate this coming Xmas! To contribute toys and join us at the visit, please do a "Contact Us"

Ground rules for Pre-orders and MO

We want to re-emphasize that Transformers.SG is a website that does NOT focus on the selling of toys. We do have some pre-orders and mass-orders from time to time, whether or not they are the best deals in town, we can't promise anything.

Some rules for the Pre-orders and MOs

(1) No cancelling of orders after the deadline is over

(2) Deposits must be paid when it is requested. Reason: we need the deposit to confirm your orders!

(3) The full amount must be paid when the toys reached the shores of Singapore

(4) All info related to the orders for the toy can be found and will be updated via that forum thread

Last collection date for Polo Tshirt!

Please be reminded that this coming Sunday, 16 Nov 2008 is the last date and collection time for the Transformers.SG polo Tshirt!!!

Venue: China Square Central (CSC), Level 1 Spinelle Coffee Company Time: 3pm

Things to bring: Any outstanding cash remaining and receipt

Note: a few of us will be inside the café with our black TF.SG Polo tshirts, so it will be easy to spot us.

Any member who can't make it, we would appreciate it if you can send someone else to collect it, thanks!

A Big Thank You to everyone for their help!

On behalf of the admin team, we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has made contributions and suggestions for the new website name and logo design! Your efforts have really shown that this community really has alot of fans who have the initiative and drive to keep it going! There is still time for more suggestions, and if you have any new ones, do feel free to tell us!

With the exception of a handful of the members, full refunds have also been returned for the deposits of the windbreaker. Rest assure that once our new logo and website name is ready, the new windbreaker will be made available to every registered member soonest!

By the way, we are still building up on our photo gallery section which will be most probably unleashed in Mid November! We are looking for photos such as TF toys in detolf, fan art, customs, and basically any photos which the member would like to share with the community. Rest assure that all credits will be given to the contributor.

Logo required for our website!

Calling all the creative people out there! Help us out with your talents! Transformers.SG is intending to create an unique logo for ourselves, a logo which is truely original and gives us an identity. The only limitation is that the logo must not contain the word "Transformers" or the Autobot and Decepticon logo.

We do know that not everyone has the creative talents, but hey, if you are into designing, do feel free to submit your entry to us. We will be happy to hear from you guys!

New website name and logo required!

Transformers.SG has been in touch with Hasbro Singapore for any future possible collaborations. We are glad to say that both sides do have quite a few plans coming up and will update everyone very soon.

There again, during our discussion with Hasbro Singapore, we are being requested by them to do 2 things of which we had agreed to.

(1) Come up with a new website address

(2) Come up with a new logo for our identity
